1. Generative AI Policy & Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate images, comics, and stories based on user inputs.

• Nature of Content: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may sometimes be unpredictable, incorrect, fictional, or contain artifacts. The Service is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the AI will generate content that exactly matches your expectations or is entirely free of errors.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the text prompts, photos, and inputs you provide to the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content

Subject to applicable laws regarding AI-generated content, you retain ownership rights to the comics, images, and stories you create using ARTAI. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and generated images solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., to generate the image and display it to you). We do not use your private photos for public marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or promotes violence.
• Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or child exploitation material.
• Is defamatory, harassing, bullying, or promotes hate speech.

ARTAI is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future, but any such changes will be communicated clearly, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
